Course Outline
This one-day course accredited by the Safer Recruitment Consortium, gives those recruiting in an education setting, the information and knowledge of how to recruit safely and comply with the statutory guidance.
This course will focus on safer recruitment and the wider context of safeguarding, including:
Who should attend? Headteachers, deputy headteachers, governors, designated safeguarding leads and deputies, HR personnel and anyone with responsibility for the recruitment and selection process.
